Eligibility and Appointments
Eligibility
All students currently enrolled in 乐播传媒app最新版本 classes are eligible for care at Student Health Services. In addition, students who are not enrolled during the current semester but were enrolled in the previous semester and intend to enroll in the next semester may be seen during the unenrolled semester for a fee.
Students currently enrolled in "Extended University" will need to pay the mandatory student health fee in the Accounting Office each semester before their first appointment.
All students are asked to show current 乐播传媒app最新版本 ID (or other photo ID) at the time of each visit.

Student Health Services offers scheduled in-person and Telehealth appointments, and drop-in appointments. Please call or click here for a list of services offered.
