MISSION:

To inspire and equip 9th grade, Kern High School District, female students to become leaders on their campus.

BLOOMING LEADERS' SIGNIFICANT SYMBOLS:

Lotus flower

Flower

The lotus flower can root in the muddiest waters, yet it rises up towards the light and produces a beautiful flower. They will wear them as a reminder that you have the potential to rise out of the darkness and bloom into something beautiful.

Book & Journal

Equipping the young ladies on how
to deal with conflict resolution and mindfulness.  To support our participants in developing conflict resolution skills and mindfulness, we recommend:
  • How to Win Friends and Influence People for Teen Girls &
  • Start Where You Are: A Journal for Self-Exploration
