Student Technology Equity Program (STEP)
- For students who do not have access to technology for their 乐播传媒app最新版本 education, to be considered for a free loaner laptop/tablet.

ITS Support Hours and Contact Information
- Service Center Walk-Up support hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
- Service Center Phone Support is available by calling 654-HELP (4375). Hours are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 am - 5:00 pm on Fridays.
- Technology Engagement Center (located in the lower level of the library) is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Fridays.
- Students can go to vcl.csub.edu and log in to the virtual computer lab using their 乐播传媒app最新版本 user name and password. The TEC has additional lab computers available during business hours.

Student Computer Minimum Standards (乐播传媒app最新版本 recommends)
- PC or Mac laptop with at least an i5 processor, AMD equivalent, or i3 with high clock speeds above 3.4 GHz minimum
- RAM: 8 GB minimum, 16 GB recommended
- 256 GB hard drive
- Webcam (built in or stand-alone)

Student Connectivity Minimum Standards (乐播传媒app最新版本 recommends)
- Broadband connection able to provide a minimum of 10 megabits per second (mbps) download
and 5 mbps upload, a hotspot or cell phone capable of tethering would also work.

External WiFi Access
In an effort to maintain social distancing requirements, 乐播传媒app最新版本 students are able to use Eduroam to access WiFi from the safety of their vehicles. Locations, where students can use Eduroam in their vehicle, are indicated in the campus map with blue rectangles.

Collaboration and Document Sharing
Purpose: Communicate with anyone on documents and access files remotely.

Purpose: Provide self-directed learning content.
