About Us
Accounting and Reporting Services, Sponsored Programs, is a department within the Business and Administrative Services division with a dotted line to the Grants, Research and Sponsored Programs (GRASP).
What We Do
Our team accounts for all accounting functions and financial reporting as it pertains to grants, research, and sponsored programs of CSU Bakersfield. Our goal, in accordance with ICSUAM, EDGAR, GASB and OMB, is to maintain the integrity of the financial data and provide transparent reporting of sponsored programs within CSU Bakersfield Auxiliary for Sponsored Programs Post Award. We provide support services which include conducting monthly account analyses, preparation of various monthly reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, tax returns, processing various expenditure transfer requests, invoicing, and reporting of financial data to external, as well as internal entities.
